Interview for the post(s) of Cameraman advertised vide Notification No. 08 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023.
INTERVIEW NOTICE
It is notified for information of all the concerned that interview for the post(s) of
Cameraman advertised vide Notification No. 08 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023 issued under
endorsement No. Au/Adm/(GAD)/Adv-AEMTRC/2023/6437-6526 dated 13.07.2023 shall be held on 11th of May, 2026 at Directorate of Education, SKUAST-K, Shalimar.
All the shortlisted candidates figuring in Annexure to this notice are hereby
informed to report at the venue of interview on the date indicated here-in-above at
09:30am, along with the following documents in original & self-attested Xerox copies
thereof :
1. Copy of Online Application Form.
2. D.O.B Certificate (Certificate/Marks card of Class 10th).
3. 10+2 Marks Card/Diploma
4. Bachelor’s Degree Certificate/Marks sheet(s).
5. Post-graduation Degree Certificate/Marks sheet(s), if any.
6. Reservation Category certificate, if applicable.
7. Experience certificate, if any.
8. Domicile certificate
9. Other documents as per prescribed qualification indicated in the advertisement.
Note :
• Mere figuring of the name in the list doesn’t entitle the candidate(s) to appear in the interview, which shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the candidates before the interview.
• Mere calling the candidates for interview will not confer any right upon the
candidate to be considered for selection.
• The candidate/s who fail to produce any certificate(s)/testimonial(s) in original at
the time of interview shall forfeit their candidature.
• The certificate(s)/testimonial(s) etc. acquired by the candidate after expiry of the
last date of submission of Online Application form(s) shall not be entertained.
• In case any deficiency with reference to eligibility, etc is established/proved at the
time of interview or subsequently, the candidate(s) shall not be considered for
selection and will be deemed as disqualified ab-initio.
• Any candidate(s) found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated/ tampered
documents/ testimonials or making false, incorrect statement(s) or suppressing
material information shall be liable for criminal prosecution under law and shall be
debarred from all future exams of the University. Also convassing /lobbying in any
form will entail disqualification of the candidate
• This notice shall be deemed to be the interview call to appear before the Selection
Committee on the scheduled date/time & venue. No further call letter(s) shall be
issued to any candidate(s).
•The candidate(s) who fail to appear in the interview on the given date shall not be
interviewed later and shall forfeit his/her right of consideration.
• No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the interview
