Interview for the post(s) of Cameraman advertised vide Notification No. 08 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023. INTERVIEW NOTICE It is notified for information of all the concerned that interview for the post(s) ofCameraman advertised vide Notification No. 08 of 2023 dated 13.07.2023 issued underendorsement No. Au/Adm/(GAD)/Adv-AEMTRC/2023/6437-6526 dated 13.07.2023 shall be held on 11th of May, 2026 at Directorate of Education, SKUAST-K, Shalimar. All the shortlisted candidates figuring in Annexure to this notice are herebyinformed to report at the venue of interview on the date indicated here-in-above at09:30am, along with the following documents in original & self-attested Xerox copiesthereof : 1. Copy of Online Application Form.2. D.O.B Certificate (Certificate/Marks card of Class 10th).3. 10+2 Marks Card/Diploma4. Bachelor’s Degree Certificate/Marks sheet(s).5. Post-graduation Degree Certificate/Marks sheet(s), if any.6. Reservation Category certificate, if applicable.7. Experience certificate, if any.8. Domicile certificate9. Other documents as per prescribed qualification indicated in the advertisement. Note : • Mere figuring of the name in the list doesn’t entitle the candidate(s) to appear in the interview, which shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the candidates before the interview. • Mere calling the candidates for interview will not confer any right upon thecandidate to be considered for selection. • The candidate/s who fail to produce any certificate(s)/testimonial(s) in original atthe time of interview shall forfeit their candidature. • The certificate(s)/testimonial(s) etc. acquired by the candidate after expiry of thelast date of submission of Online Application form(s) shall not be entertained. • In case any deficiency with reference to eligibility, etc is established/proved at thetime of interview or subsequently, the candidate(s) shall not be considered forselection and will be deemed as disqualified ab-initio. • Any candidate(s) found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated/ tampereddocuments/ testimonials or making false, incorrect statement(s) or suppressingmaterial information shall be liable for criminal prosecution under law and shall bedebarred from all future exams of the University. Also convassing /lobbying in anyform will entail disqualification of the candidate • This notice shall be deemed to be the interview call to appear before the SelectionCommittee on the scheduled date/time & venue.
